De Brevitate Vitae - Often referred to as "On the Shortness of Life", is a moral essay written by Seneca the Younger.
Carpe Diem - Popularly translated as "seize the day". It's a phrase from The Odes by Horace.
Collige, Virgo, Rosas - "Gather, girl, the roses", from the poem De rosis nascentibus by an unknown author, speaking to enjoy life before it is too late.
Nunc est bibendum - "Now is the time for drinking", also from The Odes by Horace.
